I have ~35 years’ experience in dealing with SMEs, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals across a broad range of sectors.
I work closely with clients to provide support at all stages of their business journey; from advising on the most appropriate structure at formation, preparation of business plans to obtain financing, and providing guidance to management through the life of the business as it develops and grows.
In conjunction with tax colleagues, I identify opportunities to add value to a business through efficient tax planning and incentives, such as employee share option schemes to reward and retain key staff. In addition, I am involved in overseeing the compliance requirements of Audit, and Annual Accounts. I am also involved in training and supporting colleagues with their professional development – empowering them to provide personalised support to our clients.
Outside of work, I am a foodie, a football season ticket holder, and a collector of South Asian Art.
