Interesting facts:
- David Greene and Lionel Martin have been friends since they were teenagers. They met when they were articled to the same firm of accountants.
- David Greene and Lionel Martin started Martin Greene when they merged their sole practices on 1 October 1980. Robert Braham was working for Lionel at the time. David Ravden and Paul Simnock brought in their practice in 1988 and the merged firm became Martin Greene Ravden.
- David Greene and his family met Mel Brooks, Anne Bancroft, Karl and Estelle Reiner, Harry Lorayne (a magician friend of Mel Brooks) and his wife in a restaurant in Juan Les Pins in the mid 1980s. Carl Reiner took a photo of everyone and sent it to David when he got back to Hollywood.
- David Greene saw the Beatles perform live in the 1960s at the Finsbury Park Astoria. His ears didn’t recover from the screaming until the next day.
